  • There are more than 120 cultivated coffee species in the world, but only two types appear in everyone's cup of coffee, namely: Arabica coffee (also known as “coffee”) and coffee. Robusta (also known as Voi coffee).

  • What is Arabica Coffee Beans? Their scientific name is Coffee Beans Arabica. In Vietnam, this type of coffee is also known as Che coffee. This is a type of Coffee bean with low caffeine content, only 1-2%. Despite its low caffeine content, this Arabica coffee has more flavor than Robusta coffee. As mentioned above, the Arabica coffee variety was discovered by humans very early in the highlands in the southwestern part of Ethiopia. They have been taken by the French, the Dutch, spread all over the world, including the most planted areas are Colombia and Brazil. In Vietnam, Arabica coffee trees are also grown a lot. However, the output and quality are not overestimated.
  • Robusta coffee has the scientific name Coffea Robusta or Coffea Canephora. In Vietnam, people also call this coffee line Voi coffee. Robusta contains caffeine content from 2 to 4%. Due to its high caffeine content, Robusta has a milder taste than Arabica coffee. This is a very popular type of coffee sold in our domestic market and is very suitable for making filters. After Arabica coffee, Robusta is the second largest coffee variety in the world in terms of output. Although it appeared 100 years after Arabica because it has the ability to grow well in different conditions, the yield is also higher, so this coffee variety is grown very popularly and widely. Vietnamese people love Robusta coffee, which accounts for 90% of the country's total coffee production.
