Production process of Turmeric starch
1. Choose quality turmeric, preliminarily wash, and scrape off turmeric peel.
2. Cut the turmeric slices into thin slices into the blender
3. Puree by centrifuge, to obtain a yellow saffron mixture
4. Use a cloth to filter the mixture to collect turmeric juice
5. Allow remaining starch to settle (wait about 4 hours)
6. After the turmeric has settled, put the water to collect the starch on the bottom, add a little water to the pot and then boil to get the turmeric starch mixture.
7. Put a little water into the turmeric powder just obtained above, bring to a boil, turmeric starch mixture will be obtained
8. Allow the mixture to cool
9. Store in a cool dry place or store in a tightly closed box, in the refrigerator
