Applications of  Natural rubber SVR20:

     This is a type of rubber produced from frozen latex, mixed latex and undergoes a maturation process, so the nature of rubber is hard.    SVR20 rubber is packed in blocks and wrapped in PE bags according to the following standards:

 – PE bag type:

Thin bag: normal polythene bags also known as Normal Poly   

-Size:

+ Length: 950mm-1,050 mm + Width: 500mm –550mm + Thickness: 0.03mm +/-0.01mm

+ Maximum Flammability: 109oC + Soft Melting Temperature: 90-960 C + Density: 0.92g/cm3

+ Dispersibility : compatible with 1100C rubber 

Thick bag : polythene bags also known as Thick Poly     

-Size :

    + Length : 950mm-1,050mm + Width : 500mm –550mm + Thickness : 0.10mm +/-0.01mm 

– Arm type:

       + 33.33 kg/pan; 36 bales = 1.20mts/pallet; 16 pallets = 19.20mts/container 20′.

       + 35 kg/pan; 36 bales = 1.26mts/pallet; 16 pallets = 20.16mts/20′ container.

-Arm size:

     + Length: 670 mm +/-20mm

     + Width: 330 mm +/-20mm

     + Height: 170 mm +/-5mm       

Package for  natural rubber SVR20 :

 * Wooden pallets (palletized crates or wooden pallets): solid wood material, no termites and bark. Each wooden pallet holds 1,200kg or 1,260kg. Dimensions of pallets:

+ Length: 1,425mm ± 5 mm

+ Width: 1,100mm ± 5 mm

+ Height: 925 mm ± 5 mm All wood used to make pallets is chemically treated as Borat solution (6kg Borat mixed with 3m3 water, soak for 8 hours, then take out to dry.

Shrinkwrapped plastic pallet: (Shrinkwrapped packing):

+The shrink wrap is made of Polyethylene, 0.2mm long.

+Rubber is positioned by wooden or iron pallets.

+Use gas heat sealing to make shrinkable PE plastic bags to fix rubber balls.

+The base is usually made of wood, sturdy enough when using a forklift to move goods.

Bulk :

 + For 33.33kilos/bale: each 20′ export container can hold 20 tons (600 bales) to 21 tons (630 bales).

+ For the 35kilos/bale type: each 20′ export container can hold 20.16 tons (576 bales) to 21 tons (600 bales).
