4. Processing & Quality Control

1. Selection: Fresh, uniform cabbages are harvested early morning to ensure crispness.

2. Cleaning: Washed with clean water and trimmed for export shape.

3. Processing: For frozen types, blanched and IQF frozen; for dried, sliced and air/freeze-dried.

4. Inspection: Quality checks for color, weight, moisture, and safety standards.

5. Packaging: Packed hygienically under ISO-certified facilities for domestic and export markets.
