The grade of smoked sheet rubber applied is cleanliness, color, and the absence of defects such as air bubbles that are visible to the naked eye. The key factor in processing good quality RSS rubber is to ensure the degree of fineness. A supply of sufficiently clean water is required for latex dilution and for rinsing during sheet forming. Latex is collected as soon as possible to avoid premature latex formation, and the common anticoagulant sodium sulfite (Na2SO3) can also be used. The dosage may vary depending on the condition but should not exceed 0.05% for dry rubber. Defrosting can be used for individual block coagulation such as a freezer tank or continuous sheet freezing.
Latex must take samples to check raw material DRC when returning to the factory; there are many testing methods, but currently, the common method is to quickly test TSC using a table converted to DRC.
Classification of smoked sheets is done by the external method. Concern:
+ RSS type 1: No foam, no dust, no stains.
+ Type RSS 2: And small foam, no dust, no stains.
+ Type RSS 3,4,5: Lots of foam but no dust. no stains.
* Applications
With typical processing conditions and methods, RSS rubber is widely applied in engineering such as making car tires; RSS forms sheets, so the tensile strength is very high, less aging than rubber nuggets, very suitable for products requiring high breaking resistance, wear resistance, as well as high strength.
