4. Processing & Quality Control

1. Harvesting: Hand-picked ripe grapes at optimal sugar content.

2. Cleaning: Washed and sorted to remove impurities and damaged fruit.

3. Processing:

   • Fresh: Cooled immediately and packed for export.

   • Frozen: IQF frozen to maintain freshness and texture.

   • Dried: Naturally sun-dried or machine-dried into raisins.

4. Inspection: Quality control for color, sweetness, and microbiological safety.

5. Packaging: Hygienically packed in ISO-certified facilities.
