USE OF RICE BRAN FLOUR
1. Used to wash your face:
– You can use rice bran to wash your face daily
– Put some rice bran in a cloth bag, soak the cloth bag in a cup of water, gently squeeze the cloth bag so that the rice bran essence dissolves with water, the water will be milky like rice water.
– Use rice bran water to wash your face.
2. Used for face covering:
– Take a sufficient amount of rice bran to mix with fresh milk into a paste
– Apply on your face for about 20-30 minutes and then wash your face. The vitamins and essences contained in rice bran will help brighten the skin naturally. Apply 2 to 3 times a week
– You can add some nutrients to suit each skin type:
+ Oily skin: when mixing the mixture should add a little lemon / orange / tomato juice, the natural acid concentration in these fruits helps reduce mucus excretion.
+ Dry skin: add 2 to 3 drops of olive oil to add moisture.
– Rinse with warm water, the grains of rice bran will remove dirt and dead cells on the skin of the face, leaving you with a smooth glow.
3. Used for white bathing and body care:
– Take 1 cup of rice bran mixed with unsweetened milk and half orange/ lemon into a paste.
– Apply this mixture on the body and massage the whole body for 5 to 10 minutes until the mixture on the skin is slightly dry.
– Bathe again with water, you will have smooth skin and natural glow. Bathe 2 to 3 times a week.
4. Used for bathing and Body Scrubs:
– You can use rice bran to bathe daily but should only exfoliate as much as 3 times 1 week.
– Put some rice bran in a cloth bag, soak the cloth bag in the water shift, gently squeeze the cloth bag so that the rice bran essence dissolves with the water, the water will be milky like rice water.
– Use rice bran water to bathe and use rice bran carcasses in cloth bags to exfoliate.
How to store rice bran
It is recommended to put in a jar with a tight lid and refrigerate, because pure rice bran starch has an attractive aroma to some species such as ants, cockroaches and will have weevils or rice worms if left at normal temperatures.
If you want to keep rice bran longer than you can roast rice bran with fire and stir your hands, cooked rice bran does not lose its inherent effect and it is 1 of the ways to help you prevent weevils effectively.
