The State Company “Russian Highways” (Avtodor) has invited relevant Vietnamese enterprises to participate in the “BRICS Motor Rally along the Yekaterinburg–St. Petersburg Highway (Russian Federation)”, scheduled to take place in July 2025.

Avtodor is one of Russia’s leading organizations in the development of road infrastructure. The company’s core activities include expanding the national expressway network and implementing major national infrastructure projects.
To date, Avtodor has completed over 5,000 kilometers of roads, with 75% comprising expressways.
In 2025, the M-12 “Vostok” (Eastern) Expressway, connecting Moscow to Yekaterinburg, is expected to be completed. To mark this milestone, Avtodor, in cooperation with the National Association of Infrastructure Companies, plans to organize the “BRICS Motor Rally” along the newly developed Yekaterinburg–St. Petersburg route.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Russian Chapter of the BRICS Business Council.
Event Highlights and Objectives
During the rally, participants will have the opportunity to:

Explore Russia’s modern and extensive road infrastructure.

Engage in cultural exchanges across 11 regions along the route.

Participate in a Roundtable Conference at the conclusion of the event, focusing on infrastructure development cooperation among BRICS member countries.
