
According to the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, five sustainable coffee production alliances have now been established and are operating across Dak Lak Province.
These include:

Cu Ebur Sustainable Coffee Production Alliance – Buon Ma Thuot City

DakMan–Hoa Dong Sustainable Coffee Production Alliance

DakMan–Ea Tu Sustainable Coffee Production Alliance

Ea Tan–Krong Nang Sustainable Coffee Production Alliance

Quang Hiep–Cu M’gar Sustainable Coffee Production Alliance
More than 1,087 households are participating in these alliances, which follow a value-chain approach to create strong, long-term links between farmers and enterprises in production, business, and related services such as processing and export. The goal is to raise productivity and quality and deliver high, sustainable economic returns.
The total investment to implement these sustainable coffee alliances is 45.38 billion VND, including 27.01 billion VND in counterpart funding and 18.37 billion VND in ACP (Agricultural Competitiveness Project) support funds.
