Established the Pepper Association of Cambodia

The Apparel Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC) represents the apparel and footwear industry in Cambodia.

It was established in 1996 due to the growing demand for the apparel and footwear industries to stand together with a unified voice. GMAC has become a nationally recognized association that represents, promotes and protects the rights and interests of the garment industry, providing approximately one million jobs and two million indirectly.

The GMAC provides a forum for consultation and discussion among members on common interests and seeks the application of sound principles and practices on policy and regulatory environments. GMAC’s most important role is to influence policy and the regulatory environment, ensuring it is conducive to the growth and development of the garment industry in Cambodia. On top of that, GMAC also provides various value-added services to its members.
