From August 1, 2020, the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the EU came into effect. Since its entry into force, the Agreement has brought new life to economic and trade relations between Vietnam and the EU. One of the mandatory requirements to make good use of the Agreement is that an enterprise must meet the origin requirements.
To assist enterprises to have an overview of the process of issuing and using certificates of origin in Vietnam and the EU, the Vietnam Trade Office in Belgium and the EU concurrently in Luxembourg has published a document titled “Procedure C / O under EVFTA “.
