Despite the severe impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Industrial Park (IP) Division under the Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG) successfully fulfilled and even exceeded its 2021 business targets. The division also effectively implemented emulation and reward movements according to its annual plan.

  • Return on charter capital: Nearly 70%, surpassing the plan by 18%.

  • Average monthly salary: VND 12.2 million per employee, 13.1% higher than planned.

These figures highlight the division’s strong recovery momentum and operational efficiency, even in the face of pandemic disruptions.

Emulation Movements Foster Productivity and Solidarity

According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, General Director of Tan Binh Industrial Park JSC and Head of the IP Division, all member units actively participated in diverse emulation programs, such as:

  • Competing to complete production and business plans.

  • Organizing activities to celebrate national holidays.

  • Promoting the campaign to “Study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style.”

  • Supporting social welfare programs like “For the Poor” and “Gratitude Fund.”

Although the division could not hold its annual sports festival due to COVID-19 restrictions, the spirit of unity and mutual support remained strong.

At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Uyen, Deputy Head of the VRG Propaganda and Emulation Department, praised the division’s effective implementation of reward programs and called for more recognition of direct laborers in future emulation campaigns.
