As part of the National Trade Promotion Program 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam (VIETRADE), in collaboration with the Vietnam Trade Offices and Embassies in the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as domestic and international trade promotion organizations, will organize a Trade and Investment Promotion Delegation to the Netherlands and Belgium.
1. Objectives

The program aims to:

Facilitate Vietnamese enterprises in expanding export markets, seeking new orders, and gaining direct access to wholesale and retail distribution systems in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Connect Vietnamese businesses with Dutch and Belgian companies to promote high-quality Vietnamese products, establish partnerships, and sign trade agreements — contributing to the growth of bilateral trade between Vietnam and the Netherlands, and between Vietnam and Belgium.

Support Vietnamese enterprises to integrate deeper into global value chains, enhance production capacity, and improve the competitiveness of export goods, thereby strengthening Vietnam’s global trade position.

The delegation will be multi-sectoral, with a focus on:

5. Scale of Delegation
Approximately 20–25 organizations, associations, and enterprises will participate.
6. Financial Support and Costs
a) Government Support
Each selected enterprise, trade promotion center, or industry association will receive State support for:

One (01) round-trip airfare (Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City – Netherlands/Belgium – Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City) for one representative, and
-
Expenses related to the organization of trade seminars and B2B meetings,
in accordance with Circular No. 11/2019/TT-BCT dated July 30, 2019, guiding the implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program.
Other expenses will be borne by participating enterprises.
After the delegation concludes, VIETRADE will continue to assist participating companies in connecting with potential Dutch and Belgian partners as needed.
b) For Self-Funded Participants
Organizations and enterprises not eligible for State support may still participate at their own expense.
