The leadership of Phu Rieng Rubber Company has been actively implementing the Vietnam Rubber Group’s (VRG)“Green Growth and Sustainable Development” strategy through sustainable rubber management systems designed to enhance environmental and social accountability.

Adopted in June 2023, EU Regulation 2023/111 aims to ensure that products such as natural rubber and rubber woodare not linked to deforestation or forest degradation. The regulation forms part of the EU’s broader commitment to climate targets, biodiversity protection, and reducing greenhouse-gas emissions from forest loss.
