SVR 10 RUBBER is packed in blocks and wrapped in PE bags according to the following standards: 

– Type of PE bags:

* Thin bags: normal polythene bags also known as Normal Poly

Size:

+ Length: 950mm-1,050 mm + Width: 500mm –550mm

+ Thickness: 0.03mm +/-0.01mm + Maximum Flammability: 109oC

+ Soft Melting Temperature: 90-960 C + Density: 0.92g/cm3

+ Dispersibility : compatible with 1100C rubber 

 * Thick bag : polythene bags also known as Thick PolyNatural Rubber SVR 10

Size :

+ Length : 950mm-1,050mm

+ Width : 500mm –550mm

+ Thickness : 0.10mm +/-0.01mm 

– Arm type:

   + 33.33 kg/pan; 36 bales = 1.20mts/pallet; 16 pallets = 19.20mts/container 20′.

+ 35 kg/pan; 36 bales = 1.26mts/pallet; 16 pallets = 20.16mts/20′ container.

Arm size:

+ Length: 670 mm +/-20mm + Width: 330 mm +/-20mm

+ Height: 170 mm +/-5mm

  * Wooden pallets (palletized crates or wooden pallets): solid wood material, no termites and bark. Each wooden pallet holds 1,200kg or 1,260kg. + For 33.33kilos/bale: each 20′ export container can hold 20 tons (600 bales) to 21 tons (630 bales).
