4. Processing & Quality Control

   • Pulp/Frozen: Pulp extracted, filtered, pasteurized, and IQF frozen.

   • Concentrate: Reduced to 30–40° Brix for industrial use.

4. Inspection: Checked for sweetness, acidity, and microbiological safety.

5. Packaging: Hygienically packed under ISO and HACCP-certified facilities.
