Thereby, the latex sheet created through the production line has the uniformity of thickness, plasticity, and achieves the most optimal operating capacity compared to the current traditional methods of producing latex sheets.
The production process of plus rss1/2/3/4 as follows:
Pus after freezing will be formed into homogeneous blocks by shakers
After that, these latex blocks will be taken from the ditch to the CD cutter by the pus puller.
CD cutter will cut each block of latex into sheets uniform in size (length x width x thickness)
These frozen latex sheets will be passed through a 5-axis rolling machine system to roll out water and serum and create spikes on the surface.
The latex sheet is then dried on the latex poles and placed on the carts.
These goons are put into the GREENHOUSE drying house and stored for 24 hours – 48 hours at a stable temperature with clean energy (the energy source generated by the GREENHOUSE drying house is mainly from solar energy)…
After that, the latex gong is taken to the drying oven and dried within 60 hours – 72 hours
After the latex has matured, it will be taken out of the kiln and transferred to the latex classification stage by quality control staff and workers.
After that, the latex is packed into bales, taking samples to test the indicators, affixing stamps and batching finished products according to customer requirements.
