Rubber Mechanical Engineering Company Boosts Production Efficiency with Innovative Solutions

In 2022, the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Rubber Mechanical Engineering Company (RECO)implemented a series of synchronized production strategies, proactively sought new orders, and integrated advanced technologies in the manufacturing of rubber processing machinery. Through innovation and efficiency, the company successfully overcame challenges and exceeded all business performance targets.

Enhancing Product Quality and Reducing Costs

The management continuously directed departments and workshops to strengthen production management, ensure stable product quality, and deliver and install equipment on schedule. The company also adopted advanced technical innovations and applied engineering improvements in the design and manufacture of machines used for processing natural rubber latex.

By minimizing technical errors, RECO has improved product quality, lowered production costs, and reduced expenses for customers.

RECO’s skilled engineers and technicians have successfully executed large-scale projects both domestically and internationally, notably in Laos and Cambodia. Key achievements include:

  • Completion and installation of the rubber sheet processing line for Sa Thầy Rubber Company (scheduled for operation in July 2023);

  • Installation of the latex processing line for Phuoc Hoa Kampong Thom (expected commissioning on December 21, 2023);

  • Successful trial operation of the mixed rubber line for Chu Păh Kampong Thom.

Additionally, RECO has supplied spare parts and equipment to numerous companies such as Ba Ria Kampong Thom, Tan Bien Kampong Thom, Phuoc Hoa Kampong Thom, Chu Sê Kampong Thom, Dong Phu Kampong Thom, Phu Rieng, Phuoc Hoa, and several private enterprises including Khai Thuan Phu, Phuoc Thanh, Van Loi, Minh Thanh Phat, Minh Long, Minh Tan, Hiep Thanh, Kim Huynh, among others.

In 2022, RECO’s total business revenue exceeded VND 124 billion, surpassing the plan by 57%. Of this, equipment sales accounted for over VND 113 billion, including VND 25 billion from non-rubber sectors, VND 40 billion from Cambodia, and VND 545 million from Laos. After-tax profit reached VND 6 billion, while the company ensured an average monthly income of over VND 14 million per employee for more than 100 workers.

Toward Environmentally Friendly Rubber Machinery

In 2023, the company leadership has adopted flexible management strategies to mobilize all available resources, unite the workforce, and ensure continued success in production and business operations.

Plans include expanding markets, strengthening customer relations, and participating in high-value projects related to mechanization and automation in rubber processing. RECO is also promoting a culture of innovation, encouraging technical improvements, and enhancing product diversity.

The company aims to accelerate research and development of heat-supply systems for drying furnaces and environmentally friendly rubber processing equipment, reducing production costs while improving product and service quality.

With these initiatives, RECO continues to ensure stable employment, enhance its brand reputation, and pursue sustainable development under the RECO brand.
