Product Specifications and Import Requirements
According to the buyer’s request, the finished purple sweet potato products must comply with Taiwan’s food hygiene and origin regulations, including:

Certificates required: Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Origin (C/O).

Size: Each piece should weigh 200–400 g with an approximate diameter of 3 cm.

Preparation: Potatoes must be washed clean, free of soil, trimmed at both ends, and steamed to 60–70% doneness.

Packaging: Products should be packed in food-grade bags of 1 kg each (or according to the producer’s standard, but not less than 1 kg per bag).

Transportation: Shipments must be refrigerated for cold-chain import into Taiwan.
