Vibrant Job Fair at the Rubber Industry College

The Rubber Industry College (Trường Cao đẳng Công nghiệp Cao su) in collaboration with the Binh Phuoc Employment Service Center successfully organized the program “Job Exchange 2023” on the morning of May 18. The event featured more than 10 recruiting companies and a series of interactive activities, attracting a large number of students and graduates.

Connecting Education with Employment Opportunities

Attending the fair were Dr. Bui Dinh Ninh, Vice Rector of the Rubber Industry College; Mr. Tran Dai Ky, Director of the Binh Phuoc Employment Service Center; along with representatives from local enterprises and sponsors.

In his opening speech, Dr. Bui Dinh Ninh emphasized that the annual Job Exchange provides an opportunity for employers to gain deeper insights into the college’s students and training quality. Meanwhile, it helps students better understand job market demands, recruitment trends, and required skill sets, allowing them to self-assess and improve their qualifications to meet industry needs.

Dr. Ninh also stressed that the job fair serves as a consistent bridge between education and labor market requirements, reinforcing the school’s mission to align its training programs with real-world employment expectations.

Strengthening Collaboration with Enterprises

On this occasion, Dr. Ninh expressed his hope for closer and more extensive cooperation between the college and participating enterprises. Such partnerships would enable the school to enhance its training programs and equip students with valuable knowledge and professional skills to satisfy the evolving demands of employers.

The event also included open discussions where students interacted directly with recruiters, received career advice, and gained insights into corporate working environments and recruitment processes.

During the session, Mr. Tran Dai Ky, Director of the Binh Phuoc Employment Service Center, shared practical experiences and highlighted the importance of career readiness, adaptability, and continuous learning in the modern job market.
