With efficient production management and safe, effective operations, VRG Bao Loc Joint Stock Companysuccessfully surpassed its 2022 business targets, maintaining an average worker income of over VND 25 million per month. This achievement provides a solid foundation for the company to continue stable operations and sustain high employee income levels in the coming years.


Comprehensive Solutions to Exceed Business Targets

In 2022, favorable weather conditions and higher-than-average rainfall supported stable hydropower generation. Through well-organized production systems and strict operational safety management, the company achieved outstanding results.

Total electricity output exceeded 150 million kWh (up 17.8 % vs plan); revenue reached over VND 186 billion; after-tax profit surpassed VND 88 billion (up 26.7 % vs plan); and tax payments totaled nearly VND 40 billion.

To achieve these strong results, management prepared multiple contingency scenarios to respond flexibly to operational realities. The technical team acted swiftly to address mechanical and hydropower system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous generation.

Meanwhile, the Trade Union and Youth Union implemented practical initiatives that improved employee well-being and motivation, fostering an optimal working environment where workers could demonstrate their full potential.


Sustaining Operations and Caring for Workers’ Welfare

VRG Bao Loc’s outstanding 2022 performance was highly commended by VRG leadership and the Vietnam Rubber Industry Trade Union, recognizing the company’s achievements in both production management and employee welfare.

For 2023, the company continues to aim for efficiency, rational workforce allocation, and high productivity, while ensuring full compliance with collective labor agreements. Management emphasizes maintaining responsibility and enthusiasm among workers, promoting participation in all campaigns and successfully executing the 2023 Workers’ Conference Resolution.

The company targets over 128 million kWh of power output, revenue above VND 162 billion, and pre-tax profit exceeding VND 80 billion.
