VRG Builds Its Brand on Sustainable Values

In the context of the global rubber industry’s transformation toward green, sustainable, and supply-chain-integrated development, the Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG) has set a strategic direction to build the VRG-branded natural rubber as a core pillar—enhancing value, affirming product quality, and promoting the reputation of a Vietnamese enterprise on the international market.

Standardized Production – International Quality

VRG-branded natural rubber products represent not only a tightly controlled and standardized production process but also a shift in mindset—from raw material sales to value-added production grounded in quality and trust.

Since its launch in 2018, the VRG brand has grown steadily. By 2024, production reached over 465,000 tons per year, accounting for 95% of the Group’s total processed rubber output. Remarkably, sales achieved 101.5% of the plan, reflecting strong market confidence and demand.

VRG’s total processing capacity now stands at 656,900 tons per year. Nearly 99% of all rubber products meet VRG’s brand quality standards, certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and testing facilities accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
In addition, VRG’s products are certified under Sustainable Forest Management (VFCS/PEFC) and Chain of Custody (PEFC-CoC) systems, with over 20 technical standards and internal regulations issued to ensure consistent quality across all production regions.

This systematic investment not only ensures product uniformity but also enhances VRG’s access to high-end marketssuch as Europe, Japan, and the United States, where sustainability and traceability are crucial.

According to VRG’s Board Resolution No. 317/NQ-HDQTCSVN, the Group aims to maintain VRG-branded products at over 95% of total production by 2030, focusing on high-quality, low-emission, and ESG-compliant rubber.
