The company originated from a French rubber estate.
In April 1975, it was taken over and named Tay Ninh State Rubber Farm, later upgraded to Tay Ninh Rubber Company in 1981.
On December 28, 2006, it officially became Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company, with a charter capital of VND 300 billion.
